My name is Tom Aurrichio and I have been involved in the Title Insurance Industry for over forty years, having started with First American Title back in 1977. I was their top producing salesman for Long Island transactions from 1995 thru the early 2000’s when I decided to start my own company, First LI Title Agency, a very successful company doing all types of commercial and residential transaction. During the fiscal crisis of a decade ago, First Long Island closed and I went to work for a large agency in Manhattan, Kensington Vanguard National Land Services where I very influential in introducing KV to the Long Island real estate market. In 2017 I joined my present company, Ensignia Premier Title Agency . Prior to joining Omni Funding and Omni Business Solutions as their CFO, Arthur Sanders, CPA was a Senior Partner in the accounting firm of Israeloff, Trattner & Co., CPAs,  PC where he was a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Valuation Consulting Group. He was ultimately responsible for client contact, development and satisfaction in providing the Firm’s broad range of services in accounting, auditing, tax, technology and management consulting areas, in accordance with client needs. These responsibilities included working closely with attorneys as well as the Chief Executive, Financial Officers and Board of Directors of the client.
